Hi over there,
for simple pass fail testing on scalar insertion loss our companys production facility is using an HP8753C with an 85047A testset.
From our lab analyzer (8753C/85046) I remember that the unit discards the calibration data after switching off the unit.
Is that intruments behaivour correct, or is there a possibility to store the calibration and reuse it maybe with decreased accuracy?
I believe to remeber that my personal Ham hobby HP8510A stores whole calibrations after switching it off as well for long time periods.

regards
