all I know that he is working under 802.11 B (OFDM Modulation) -
can someone please explain to me how to set the N9320 in order to view the output of the card?

You may want to use the spectrum analyzer to get the spectrum of the transmitted signal, and then identify the channel number by observing the signal’s center frequency. It seems that the signal’s center frequency is around 2.432 GHz according to the screenshot. And by browsing the channel list of 802.11, it can be channel 5:
