Hi,

We recently purchased this logger and switch unit. I am trying to remotely access the unit using my university LAN. The LAN interface settings I gave are as follows:

>>LAN ENABLED
>>STAT: CONNECTED
>>DHCP DISABLED

All the other details like IP address , subnet mask and DNS server are provided according to the LAN settings. I could able to connect to the instrument using the web interface. However, I could not get full remote access to the instrument and I am getting a message " Cannot connect to instrument (Socket connection failed)". I tried to reset the LAN setting and even tried rebooting the instrument, still I could not get full remote access to the instrument. Can some one please help me out from this problem?

Thanks,

Sud
