Questions about N5230C 4-port PNA Calibration

Dear all,

I would like to ask questions about the 4-port calibration of N5230C 4-port PNA. Its specifications are as follows:
N5230C, 300kHz to 20GHz
Options: 245 20.0GHz 4-port active
Application code version: A.09.31.02

We work on S-parameter measurements of our differential LNA (“differential input / differential output”). The frequency range is 2GHz to 2.5GHz. We also use a 3.5mm 85052D calibration kit. My questions are:

(1) I want to measure differential input return loss, differential gain, single-ended input return loss, and single-ended gain. In “Response > Measure-balanced > Ports”, do I need to set input port+ and input port– to be port 1 and 3, or port 1 and 2? The port numbers are the marked numbers on the front panel. I just wonder which between port 2 and 3 generates a 180-degree out-of-phase signal with respect to port 1.

(2) I tried Calibration Wizard > SmartCal (Guided Calibration). During the steps, I encountered the “Thru selection”. For example, "port1-port2-Adapter Removal (or Unknown Thru)". I need to select three sets of it. How do I select them properly?
