Programming the E3631A in Excel with Command Expert

I am trying to program an E3631A power supply in Excel using Agilent's Command Expert.  I would like to program the power supply to run-thru a series of voltages, i.e. 0, .1, .2 and so on.  At present the command sequence only does the first voltage in the voltage setting column and does not do the rest.

I have had no problem getting the DMM to take a series of readings, but of course that is query and not a writing set of commands.  If anyone can shed some light on the situation it will be deeply appreciated.
