NWA calibrated to probe tips.
Have OPEN & SHORT on wafer.
I have been off vrf for some time. There probably is some example code in the vrf archive. (I no longer know where the archive is).
S-parameters of DUT and OPEN, SHORT are in TouchStone(and CITI) format.
I need to subtract the parasites from the DUT measurement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Rick Powell

I would like to create an event handler which will be activated whenever the GPIB is used, for logging traffic (for each GPIB transaction).
I cannot use the Bus IO monitor because:
1) I cannot re-format the text to be ‘readable’ and
2) I cannot put other items in the same log (comments, serial bus traffic, etc).
Does anyone know how to do this?
Regards
David Watling
