I have an Agilent / HP 3325B function generator that is getting Fail 026 error during boot up or calibration. Is there anyone out there who is famailar with the usual causes of this instrument that would be willing to help. Please!

I am not too familiar with that product but I was able to find a manual and it says that error 026 is related to a calibration factor being out of range, specifically the AC gain offset cal factor.
My guess is you just need to re-calibrate, or you have a memory problem and the cal factor has been lost.
