vrf Multidimensional arrays of record

Question asked by VRFuser on Dec 18, 2007
You can't have a 2D record array in VEE.  But: a field in a record can be a record array.  You might be able to use that fact to get something a bit like a 2D record array.
The problem is you can't directly declare this variable, because in the declare variable object, if you declare a variable as dta type recprd, you can't declare the data type of the field to be record.  So you have to declare the variable as a variant, or don't declare it at all.

Subject: [vrf] Multidimensional arrays of record

Hi VRF

Is there a way to declare an array of records which has more than 1 dimension. I would like 2 dimensions. I am using vee 7.5

Thanks
