umm- not sure exactly what you mean, but regular old Windows Cut/paste ( ctrl-C/ctrl-V ) should work just fine.

Or you could use "from file" to read the file if you want automated solution.

Maybe you could be a little more specific about what you are trying to do?
"cut from a file and paste into VEE" is very ambiguous.

This should be very easy- but the answer is dependent upon the details!
