Wasn't that a product from DataTranslation whose favorite product was a
frame grabber board? It needed a difficult to manage series of plugins to
accommodate the early releases of VEE that happened to be available then.
It ran with VEE (version 4 or 3 even) for Windows 3.11. I remember getting a
copy and exploring it.
Which then asks, "Did the firm become known as Measurement Computing?".
