Hello,
In VEE, it seems that only a single character can be specified as a read terminator. I would like to terminate the read on “
”. When I go into the advanced properties of the RS-232 interface and change the read terminator to “
”, close, and then re-open the advanced properties, it only retains the “
”. Has anyone dealt with this before?
Thanks in advance,
Doug Parrish

Hi
Just a small clean-up....
Adding "
" in the first "From String" so that size of the array only is 2 & then the "strFromLen(str, from, len)" is not needed.
And replacing "sum(x)" + "strFromLen(str,from,len)" with a "To String".
I love Token

This comes on the same day we have a question about reading tokens. Here's one way.
