At least two ways:
Static: open the main program and find the user object in question.
bring up UO menu and choose "restore" - this will show the
panel view of the UO, which you can then add to the panel
view of main. If the UO is down deeper in your hierarchy
you need to use this same idea at each level of the hierarchy.
Dynamic: use "show panel on execute" or if you need more flexibility
convert to UF and then use showPanel()

At least two ways:
