Huge BUG in 89600 VSA sw

The tool and menu bars have been closed.
There is no way to open them again.
Restarting the program does not solve the problem.

This way the program is unusable.

Assuming that you are using version 8.00 or greater you can reset to the default display settings by closing the VSA software and delete the files in C:\Documents and Settings\<user_logon_name>\Application Data\Agilent\89600 VSA\VsaVector\
