vrf Edit already imported userfunctions

I don't think you'll find any official documentation on the menu. It's just kind of there to help support personnel do stuff to figure out what's up with VEE at any given point in time. Like Show Engine State for instance, or Set Debug Level (which is probably very useful if you have the source code).
There used to be an option to list all objects and I used to find that useful on occasion.

Edit Imported Function is certainly the most useful from a user perspective, but you have to remember that the changes are not saved.

It can give insight into the interpreter and that's always helpful if you have the right frame of reference.
