I am working on a VBA program behind MS Excel 2010 to remotely setup and automate data acquisiton from our ENA analyzer(s).  The intent is to set all measurement parameters ahead of time, then connect to the device via GPIB and run.  Based on the the examples I have found, I have been fairly successful so far using the "AgeENA.Writestring" to send commands to the ENA.  My current headache is how to setup the machine for a segment sweep, with parameters gathered from the excel spreadsheet.  The code appears to execute fine as far as VBA is concerned, however the ENA kicks out all kinds of errors from invalid character to undefined header.  Could someone elaborate on the exact coding I need?
