Hi everyone,
Recently I adquire a 66321D Agilent power supply and I'm a little bit confused.
At every application note, users guide or quickstart guide agilent says how to measure and test my device power consumption, but at anyware says anything how to simulate the battery.
Anyone knows how can I configure (or look for information or application notes) the power supply to simulate one specific tipe of battery??
Thanks everyone.

This power supply doesn't allow the user to choose the specific type of battery that he wants to emulate. Basically, the output behavior mimics that of a battery in general and not really any specific type. For example, this transient response of the 66321D output is very very fast compare to that of other power supplies. A fast transient response is a characteristic of a battery(technically a battery doesn't have transient response since it is not a feedback system) but its along the line of thought. Hopefully this is helpful but do let me know if you more questions or concerns. I support this instrument so I can go over setup and point you to the right sources if needed. Thanks.
