Measure a sample with VNA while using 2nd frequency source

Hi there, I have an unusual measurement I'd like to try. I'd like to measure the performance of a device in free space with my PNA-X over a certain swept frequency band (call it 1 - 10 GHz) at a low(ish) power, say -10 dBm. I then want to fire a second CW source at the device at a higher power (say 10 dBm) and at a single frequency somewhere between 1 - 10 GHz.

I want to measure the response of the device across the full frequency band with the VNA while it is impacted with the second frequency source, but not have the second source interfere with the lower power source generated from the VNA.

Is such a measurement possible, or will interference between the two sources overly affect the result? Or will the VNA ignore the second source because it's not phase locked?

Thanks, Andrew
