Using a Digital Multimeter to make Resistance Measurements with Offset Comp

Offset Compensation can be used to improve the accuracy of your resistance measurements. Often a thermal offset can be in the measurement path between the digital multimeter and DUT. Thermal offsets are caused by connecting dissimilar metals and / or switches in an ATE system. . Learn how to remove these offsets and make more accurate resistance measurements.
