Hi,
I have a MSO6104a scope at my office and i don't know why, but the scope do not allow me to measure dc signals. it is well configured (in the probe option i selected DC coupling) .
When i power on the supply (not connected to anything but the scope), i have a peak and a signal like a discharging capacitor and the signal goes to 0. Then it remains like this (even if is switch off and on the supply).
I have to measure the ground to get a negative peak and a signal like a capacitor charging.
Can you help me with that issue?
Thanks you,
Johan

Try a user calibration. If that fails, or doesn't fix the problem, the scope needs to be repaired.
