I'm in trouble to compute the time base uncertainty in the RF Power meter N1911A with N1921A. I've found the excel sheet for the power uncertainty but nothing for define the time uncertainty when I use the instrument in graph mode (with marker).

I.e., if I make a power rise time measurement , how can define the time uncertainty ?

Can you suggest how to calculate this time uncertanty or which parameters can be used for estimate this value ?

Timebase range 2 ns to 100 msec/div

Accuracy ±10 ppm

Jitter ≤ 1 ns
