Marker file for Agilent 16-bit binary file

I am using Agilent Signal Studio Toolkit to load I/Q and Marker 16-bit binary files to an Agilent N5182.
The I/Q binary file is loading properly and is correctly displayed on the signal generator (and on the spectrum analyzer). However, when loading the Marker file, no markers are displayed on the signal generator.
Similar behavior is observed when loading the sample binary files from the Agilent Signal Studio Toolkit directory (Agilent\Signal Studio\Toolkit\Samples\Waveform Files\...) .
Since I would be interested in generating my own Marker files, could you help me with this concern?

Best Regards,
