How can I maximize the measurement speed on my 34970A?

To get the maximum speed in DC measurements with the 34970A, you need to:
* Turn off the display
* Turn off autozero
* Turn off autoranging
* Delays zero
* Turn off scaling
* Turn off alarms
* Use 4.5 digit mode
With AC measurements, also use the fast filter.

Max scan rate is specified as 250ch/s. I would like to understand this in terms of sampling rate per channel.
For example, if I am to use 5 channels for dc voltage measurement, what will be the maximum sampling rate per channel?
