I'm stcuk in front of a "frozen" DSO1024A in the dual trigger mode.
No matter what button I push, if I turn the scope ON and OFF and ON or unplug it it remain frozen.
The values around the monitor are displayed ( trigger, sensivity ... ) but no trace are on the display.
No matter what button I push, the keyboard is dead.
Any way I kick it back to life, some type of BIOS MASTER RESET ??
( The bios is up to date, it's a new acquisition and had been running perfectly for the last 5 month )

P.S. Percussive Maintenance involves shaking, tapping, hitting and/or slapping the HW
