In radiated emission testing, for pre scan measurement (using peak detector) we are keeping measurement time of 20ms and for final measurement (using quasi-peak detector) we will keep it at 1 sec. In SCAN TABLE setting we fix the measurement time for pre scan (20ms). After finishing pre scan we took worst frequencies (close and exceeding limit line) and for that frequencies alone we do final measurement (quasi peak). When using quasi-peak detector we have to change the measurement time as 1 sec. Our doubt is where to set this 1 sec measurement time for final measurement (quasi-peak). Is it possible to run both (prescan and final) parallel by keeping METER on right side of screen.

You cannot have the pre-scan and meters running at the same time, the instrument would have to be tuned to multiple places at once to do this.
To set the measurement time for the meters go to *Mode Setup, Meters Control, Dwell Time*. The default for this is 10 ms but you can adjust it to be anything up to 100 seconds. This value is also shared with the Strip Chart measurement.
