I can only think of one specific situation that could possibly fail an
allocation of 4K. I have a guess as to what this means - just a guess. If my
cable manages to stay up until you get this (I wonder if they make ******
for networks?), look up "paged pool" in the archive. It may have nothing to
do with it though, I don't know.
About the cable - I've been promised action yet again. We'll see what
happens this time.
