Maybe the "force" moved him to type in all upper-case and then directed him to submit the message twice?

Hello from Gregg C Levine
Afraid I don't. I have heard of the PNA, and have seen it in action.
According to the people I spoke with, it's pretty easy to talk to via
VEE, and appropriate test executives.
However, two suggestions, One is to stop using all caps, unless
necessary. Two, try not to send a message twice, along with not using
HTML. Some of us find it to be annoying.
