Oh, forgot: DNS needs to use WORD (Int16) so minimum compatibility is VEE 6.

It's very fast, but that's only because discovery happens at a low level.
That is, I'm not really scanning, just querying the network computer browser
(at least I assume that's how NetServerEnum works - I don't know for sure).
Spy On Shawn also uses NetServerEnum. Every time the page loads it
enumerates computers and then does the RPC call to the remote window snapper
on each one.
Dr. Where? on the other hand scans the entire IPv4 address space. With 50
scanning threads it should take somewhere around 16 months to complete one
scan, but it's only trying to connect on one port. It does use IcmpSendEcho
to ping the Network Information Center to make sure outside networks are
reachable. I have to look into that minimum timeout - I didn't realize that
may be the case, even though I think I'm using a half second timeout anyway.
