vrf Time comparison

Use a From String with 3 outputs and three transactions, each reading
a single real value. Outputs are Month, Day, Year

Add 2000 to Year

Then use dmyToDate(Day,Month,Year)

to convert to time format. At this point you can directly compare with now()
