vrf GPIB spoll

I fixed the issue but it nice to know how vee does it.

I think the loop is inside the VEE code itself, because I don't remember any "C" command that says "stay here until spoll gets the right answer." -- In "C" you do the spoll, check the masked value - repeat until done.  I'm sure VEE does that too - it just hides the details from you.  What you need to do is say "no thanks" and do: repeat until - spoll - mask - compare as desired - done - else - wait 10. (or something like that.)
