vrf Write to the Clipboard question

I need to place a string on the clipboard so it can be entered into a text window using ctrl-V. Since I'm still relying on 6.01, .NET is not going to help. Back in 2002 there was a discussion about writing and reading the clipboard without using .net. and Shawn provided the required code. Unfortunately, this code apparently required tweaking before it would work above Vee 5 and I can't find corrected code in the archives.

Does anybody have a working copy of Shawn's CopyToClipBoard.vee or something similar?

Thanks
