vrf VEE with Nat'l VISA

If I'm just using GPIB everything is fine. When I tried a program that needs the serial port I get a SICL error message--"sicl32.dll not found."</FONT></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN class=899400114-09022006><FONT size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV><DIV><SPAN class=899400114-09022006><FONT size=2>Is there a way to fix this?
