vrf V75 --ChangeTimeStamp

Well, I just tried to open it in VEE 7.0 and got the parse error for the
For-Each object.  Strange that VEE would allow it to load at all, but I
guess this way you can sub the object with older ones to get it to work.
So!  The 7.x requirement is actually 7.5, or 7.0 with modifications ;o)

A while ago i asked for a proggi to change the timestamp of files and
folders..
Here is a little proggi which shows the power of VEE and .net ......
Version 7.x needed...
