Holy cow! The following time zones are bad (on this computer anyway):
+1, +2, +3, +5, +6
If +4 was in there it would be a lot easier to figure out, but +4 is ok. I
don't have the slightest idea what the problem could be. Can anybody
demonstrate an example completely "within" VEE, or is it always when using
external libraries? Do .NET objects exhibit the same behavior?
