I'm using VEE 5.01 and need to programmatically change the baud rate,
timeout and buffer size. Can anyone point me in the right directs.

using the MSComm32.ocx (included in win9x , Name in the VEE-ActiveX-table
:Microsoft Comm Control 6.0) you have the CommEvents with ComEvRing as
one of the constants.
I use this control in all applications dealing with serial communications.
Unfortunately this control can't be registered under Win2000/XP except by
'MS FoxPro' (a Microsoft Bug).
All my plans to build an own *.ocx are up to now only plans, though is
rather easy.
