I wrote an entire application around an Agilent 34970A. I couldn't not
find any off the shelf Panel Drivers so I used plug & play IO. I even
figured out a way to use the RS232 connection instead of having to put a
GPIB card in the computer. If you want to correspond privately about the
techniques I learned during the development of my application please
indicate so on your reply and I will e-mail you.

None that are official, or even on the unsupported list.

You have several choices:
1) Direct I/O.
2) There is a Plug&Play driver that you could use.
3) The programmers at Complete Test have written Classic VEE Panel Drivers.
If you really want it to be a Panel Driver, we can do it. But I'm not
sure you'd want to pay the price.
I'd recommend Direct I/O or Plug&Play.
