vrf Size measurement of VEE programs.

VEE (unlike LabVIEW) is simply an ASCII text file. You could start with "grep -c" of important items.
 
Of course, shear file size of the code is a good metric - even if it's filled with comments, comments prove that you've put thought into the code and therefore is a good metric anyway.
