vrf Excel - copy and move - method

Cool trick! Seems to be quite the band aid though as far as the interpreter
is concerned. It would have been cooler to just allow skipped parameters.

Unless of course a Variant VT_NULL is useful for other things. How about an
upgraded asVariant function?

asVariant(value [, vt_type])

Oh yeah! Hey, then we could have a whole darn set of implied (the VT_Uxxx
series) unsigned values too.
