I am working on a new project where I need a non-linear model for an LDMOS transistor. I have been assured that the latest Genesys software supports most (or all) transistor models. Thus, if a company, like NXP or Freescale, publishes an ADS model for their device, I should be able to use it in Genesys, since Genesys supports the same models.
But, the problem is that if I download an ADS model, for, say, a Freescale MRFE6VP560H device, I am clueless as to how to use it in Genesys. (I have the latest version.)
How do I use this model in Genesys? Do I need a conversion program, or am I simply missing the point?
Regards,
Ed

This sounds picky, perhaps... I couldn't find the "Freescale MRFE6VP560H device" you mentioned. Reason i wanted it was so I could take a shot at a specific answer to your specific question.
Be well...
