Best thing for you to do is : download the evaluation version and VeeIOLIb14.2 from the web and install it on a separate computer.

Then try to run your programs.

After that you do know

The Evaluation version runs 30 days. tYpe in the code “EVAL† ….

So at the end you have no risk …just give it a try ….

Excellent thanks for that. The thought of having to sift through old code isn't one I relish.

When we did the upgrade, it was from ver 4 to ver 7 and it was more or less without any issues.

The only thing that we had to do was to rename a couple of UFs that where badly named. They used the same name as a varable, ok for ver4 but not for ver7.

Subject: [vrf] Upgrade.

Hello All:

We have a number of larger programs (several .vee files as well as some com components) built in Vee project. Ver 6. and we want to upgrade to vee Ver 7. Apparently my predecessor tried un-successfully. Before I start, are there any issues I should be aware of?

Thanks in advance
