I hope it's not a real company, Gregg.
The Lucas empire doesn't usually take kindly to things like that
Hello from Gregg C Levine normally with Jedi Knight Computers
A. Its my company, and that was suggested by a group of friends on
another e-mail list.
B. Not a question, I thought I'd submit my success stories to this
list, so that I could invite comments.

I have just completed a simple test to enable sending of data between
two computers running VEE, this one, named "Who", and the other one,
named, "Spock". I used on this machine a simple socket object, with one
data input point, and two data outpoints, and the same arrangement on
the other. After a reasonable delay, caused my guess by the way Windows
does its networking, the whole thing worked. This is VEE Pro 6.01, and
with the version L 1.0.0 of the IO drivers installed. And it was
installed on both machines. The IP addresses, and machine names were
resolved using simple DHCP arrangements, and the network cards were 3COM
3C905Cs. Right now I am endeavoring to add the IO objects to this one,
but to accept data via that socket object from the other.
