Accessing SQL database

Question asked by ramarquardt on May 2, 2002

Those of you who are accessing databases [VIA SQL or other means]:

1) Do you read data from the data ase or just write test data to it?

2) If writing test data to the database, what do you do if the database is
down?

One of our guys is doing an interface like that but does not have a
solution for
how to keep the test equipment running if the database is down.

Thanks in advance

...Rob
