Remember that many vrf subscribers use a dial-up    connection to check email so any emails with large attachments are not    preferred. Try to keep below 30KB.</P>    <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"> <o:p></o:p></P>    <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">4) If possible, post any    related material, such as slides with speaker notes, to a web site or the    vrf for those unable to attend. </P>    <P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Keep in mind the vrf is an    international audience and many members will not be able to attend an event    but would appreciate if the material covered could be shared.
