vrf Controlling TEK TDS Series oscope over Ethernet with

Question asked by VRFuser on Feb 7, 2002
Hi Joe,

three years ago I wrote a programm to operate a TDS 784 on 100 kV level via
Ethernet and fibre optics. This programm is based on the instrument driver
for TDS 400, 500, 600 scopes and is used on windows and unix (no activeX).
The Ethernet connection is done via HP E2050 (LAN/HP-IB gateway). Newer TDS
scopes (3000, 5000, 7000 series) needs a totally different GPIB driver. The
old tktds4_6.id is not useable for this scopes.

If your application fits to the tktds4_6.id with HP E2050, I will send you
the whole program.
