vrf 'popping-up' the execution window

Unfortunately, this will not be sufficient. The problem is to "pop the
window up" meaning to restore an iconized window. Using SetWindowPos can
change the window's Z-Order, but it can't "pop it up". Nor can
SetForegroundWindow for that matter (SetForegroundWindow uses SetWindowPos
internally).

There's a whole slew of functions that look as if they should work but
don't, including ActivateWindow, SetActiveWindow, etc.
