I know the feeling
I finally wound up with a global breakpoint var. Everywhere I wanted a
breakpoint I just used If gbBreak==True then execute a confirm button,
otherwise do nothing. Not pretty, but it works.

Yes, please submit it as a defect on the Agilent Developers Network (ADN) at < www.agilent.com/find/adn >. You can register for the ADN Basic level for free. Once you're registered and logged in, click the Support link on the left of the page. That'll take you to a page containing the submission form.
If you can attach a small program that typically displays the problem, and/or describe any manual operations that cause the problem or increase the likelihood of it occurring, that will be helpful, since our first task is usually to reproduce the problem.
Sincerely,
Scott Bayes
