A fairly universal- albeit quiite old- approach is to use uuencode
(and uudecode). That way the content is stored as plain text within your
email message. Slightly more effort to extract but should go through
most any mail filtering.

Subject: [vrf] VB Scripts
Lately a few [vrf] posts have been quarantined by our company mail server -
apparently due to them containing VB Scripts. When posting VB Scripts is it
possible to attach them as zip files so we can read the posts without the
chance of the scripts being executed?
I would think that we are not the only company to block emails with VB
scripts as a security measure, so maybe others are missing some of the
posts.
