vrf going local... well trying to anyway...

Alex,

I tried this on my E4419.  Sending the SYST:loc command generates an error -113, Undefined header.  In other words it does not recognise the SYSTEM:LOCAL command.  This is a bug in the E4419.

The solution would be to send the EXECUTE LOCAL transaction in a VEE direct I/O box.  This does what you want and sets the box into local mode.

Subject: [vrf] going local... well trying to anyway...

Hi all,

Having trouble executing the 'syst:loc' command on an  E4419 Power meter to
make it 'local'.

this sounds so simple, but it just ain't happening.. it just sits there in
remote - no error or anything...

any ideas anyone or anyone seen this before...perhaps you have an E4418/9
sitting there you could just try....

Any help greatly appreciated.

Alex Barrett...
