vrf C/C++/Java API to the "Agilent IO Libraries"

Question asked by warren.pickles on Nov 11, 2002
In the IO libraries help file, there is a list of SICL functions and their
syntax.  Is that what you meant?  But there's little else in the help file,
and no examples.  I've never used it and never heard of anyone who has.
