vrf Watch out for 603!

I've confirmed that this is indeed a defect in both 6.03 and 6.1. It does
not show up in 6.01. I'll submit it to our defect data base.

We'll inform the vrf when we have more info on this problem and how we plan
to deal with it.

Further information: the defect also causes the generated Formula or Call
box to be missing at least some (all of them in my test case) of its input
and output pinss. I tried it using the Example in libs called SMTPMail.vee
. In 6.01, the generated Call for ParseAddressString was preloaded with one
input pin and two output pins. In 6.03 and 6.1, the same Call had no input
or output pins.

Obviously I wish we didn't have this defect, but given that it was there,
I'd like to say thank you, Barrie for finding and describing it. Your
description made it easy to know how to reproduce it.

Sincerely,

Scott Bayes
