vrf Instrument GPIB ID change at runtime

How can i tell my Programm in runtime to use 1507 </FONT></SPAN></FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT face=Tahoma color=#00ff00><SPAN class=006304512-20112002><FONT face="MS Sans Serif" color=#000000>> and not 1407.
